Real Name: U Maung Maung Thein
Pen Name: Nyein Way

    Nyein Way is a poet, writer and english language teacher.He has written poetry,articles on education and poetry. He has conducted poetry workshops
 and presentations in Myanmar.He took part in artist residency programme (2004) in Cambodia.He gave presentation,workshops and poetry performance about contemporary poetry connecting with international trend during the artist residency programme.
     He had done an experimental art form. Improvisational Physical Performance (IP3) with modern dancer Pa2 (USA) and shadow puppetear Rensal (Cambodia).His current interest is using poetry in education and in different art forms, collaboration with other types of artists.
     He is now living in Yangon, running the Q.E.L.C Language Centre while creating poetry
 experimental art form and poetry performances.
