Real Name: Ye` Myint Pen Name: Thitsar Ni Date of Birth: 30th October, 1946 Born in Yangon, Myanmar. Religion: Buddhist Education: High School Passed Thitsarni, first modern poet and essay writer, is also respected by many young writers and poets. He received Modern Myanmar Poem award (2004) with his poem "Extra sentenes" featured in Hanthit magazine.The award is given by young poets. Started writing from 1965. He wrote in many magazines such as Shumawa magazine, Yutshin Padaythar magazine, Sandar magazine, Moewai magazine, Dagon magazine, Hanthit magazine, Yananthit magazine, and Tharaphu magazine. Now he writes in journals and magazines. He writes different kinds of writing such as short stories, poems, art criticism, ideology, politics, religion, and satire in many journals and magazines.
