2. Evening reception (this will be more of a planning and organizers of services meeting). I think that Elina and Mira will be there representing Hirvitalo. Me probably not as I am working.

Tiina-Liisa told to me it is OK to come to both, but tell to her first if you do want to come to the evening happening.
