HAKU SAAREN KARTANON RESIDENSSIIN
Saaren kartano on Koneen Säätiön ylläpitämä taiteilija- ja tutkijaresidenssi. Residenssi tarjoaa suomalaisille ja ulkomaisille eri alojen taiteilijoille ja kriitikoille mahdollisuuden 2-3 kuukauden mittaiseen intensiiviseen työskentelyjaksoon rauhallisessa maaseutuympäristössä. Residenssivierailla on käytössään asunto ja työhuone, ja heille maksetaan työskentelyapurahaa.
Myös taiteilijaryhmät voivat hakea tiloja käyttöönsä määräajaksi. Ryhmät voivat hakea oleskelun ajaksi ryhmäresidenssitukea. Erityisesti toivotaan hakemuksia, joissa on yhteistyötä suomalaisten ja ulkomaisten taiteilijaryhmien välillä. Hakemuksen lähettää suomalainen taho.

APPLICATION FOR SAARI RESIDENCE
Saari Residence is a manor owned and maintained by Kone Foundation as a research and production facility for researchers and artists. The Residence offers Finnish and non-Finnish artists and critics the chance to work intensively for a period of two or three months in a relaxed countryside setting. Residents are each provided with an apartment and workroom. Kone Foundation provides monthly stipends for the duration of the residency period.
Artistic groups may also apply for use of the Residence's facilities for limited periods of time. Groups can apply for grants towards expenses. Especially welcome are applications for projects involving co-operation between Finnish and foreign artists' groups. Such applications should be sent by the Finnish party.
Application period is from August 1 to August 31.
