🌟Tervetuloa Hirvitalon yhteisönäyttelyn katsojaksi tai taiteilijaksi! ART CABINET ’24 Hirvitalolla 8.12.-2.2., avajaiset 7.12. klo 18!🌟

Art Cabinet -yhteisönäyttely järjestetään nyt kolmatta kertaa. Jokainen kiinnostunut voi osallistua yhdellä maksimissaan 1x1m teoksella. Teos voi koostua useammasta osasta. Tekniikka on vapaa ja paineita taiteilijastatuksesta ei tarvita! Tarkat ohjeet osallistumiseen löytyvät kommenteista.

Teos ehtii esille näyttelyn avajaisiin (7.12.), jos tuot teoksen ripustettavaksi 5. tai 6.12. klo 14-19 välillä tai lauantaina klo 14 alkaen. Teoksen voi kuitenkin tuoda näyttelyy milloin aukioloaikojen puitteissa, niin kauan kuin tilaa riittää.

TERVETULOA avajaisjuhlaan lauantaina 7.12. klo 18 alkaen! Samalla on ainutlaatuinen tilaisuus tutustua näyttelyn taiteilijoihin. Ohjelma alkaa vegaanisella Kansankeittiöllä klo 17. Illan ohjelmassa Vihanto sekä dj Punch soittaa vanhat savikiekot: tangot ja foxtrotit!

🌟 Ohjeet osallistumiseen 🌟

Hirvitalon yhteisönäyttelyssä jokainen saa tuoda näyttelyyn oman teoksensa koko näyttelyn ajan niin kauan kuin tilaa on jäljellä! Voit tuoda maalauksen, piirroksen, sanataidetta, videotaidetta, pienen veistoksen, käsityön, mitä keksitkään, kunhan teos vie tilaa maksimissaan 1m x 1m. Kutsu koskee jokaista, joka mielii tuoda jotain esille – paineet taitelijastatuksesta tai riittävästä taidosta on jyrkästi kielletty.

Käytössämme on Hirvitalon alakerran galleriahuone, myös pihamaalle voi ehdottaa säänkestävää teosta. Visiona on alakerran galleriahuoneen täyttäminen erilaisilla teoksilla vanhan museoajan tyyliin, vapaasti yhdistellen ja ihastellen, mitä arvaamatonta tästä syntyy. Näyttely siis elää koko kestonsa ajan: sinne saattaa tupsahtaa naapureiden tai kavereiden teoksia, joita saa myös itse kutsua mukaan! 

Teoksen voi tuoda näyttelyyn 5.-6.12. klo 14-19 tai lauantaina 9.12. klo 14 alkaen, avajaisissa tai myöhemmin näyttelyn aikana aukioloaikojen puitteissa, niin kauan kuin tilaa riittää. Alustava ripustus tapahtuu perjantaina 6.12. ja lauantaina 7.12 ja siitä vastaa näyttelytiimi. 

TÄRKEÄÄ: jätä teos- ja tekijätiedot sekä sähköpostiosoitteesi selkeästi teoksen yhteydessä: oma nimesi tai nimimerkki, teoksen nimi, valmistumisvuosi, ripustusohjeet jos tarpeen sekä sähköpostiosoite. Tiedotamme näyttelyasioista sähköpostitse.

HUOM! Näyttelyn purku on 4.2.-5.2. klo 14-19, jolloin teos tulee hakea pois tai sopia hausta sähköpostitse kanssamme. Valitettavasti emme pysty säilyttämään teoksia Hirvitalolla 5.2. jälkeen.

🌟Welcome to the community exhibition of Hirvitalo as a viewer or artist! ART CABINET ’24 at Hirvilalo 7.12.-2.2.🌟

ART CABINET ’24 is open for two exhibition periods, during which everyone can participate with an artwork measuring maximum of 1x1m. The work can consist of several parts. The technique is free and there is no need for pressure from artist status! 

The artwork will be displayed in the opening event (Sat at 6 p.m.) if it is brought to hang on Thursday or Friday December 5th-6th from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. or Saturday from 2 p.m. The work can be brought to display any time during opening hours. Detailed instructions for participation can be found below.

WELCOME to the opening party on Saturday December 7th from 6 pm! In the event there is also a unique opportunity to get to know some of the artists of the exhibition. The program starts with the vegan Folk’s Kitchen at 5pm. In the evening’s program, Vihanto performs his songs and DJ Punch plays vintage records: tangos and foxtrots!

🌟 Instructions for participation 🌟

In ART CABINET ’23 everyone can participate by bringing one artwork to the exhibition as long as there is space left. You can bring a painting, drawing, word art, video art, small sculpture you made, anything you can invent, as long as the work takes up a maximum of 1m x 1m. The invitation applies to everyone who wants to present their piece – pressure from artist status or sufficient skill is strictly prohibited!

We use the ground floor of Hirvitalo. Our vision is to fill the downstairs gallery room with various works in the style of the old museum era, freely combining and marveling at the results. The exhibition lives for its entire duration: there may be works by neighbors or friends, which you can also invite to join! 

The work can be brought to the exhibition 5.-6.12. from 2pm to 7pm or on Saturday 9.12. from 2pm, during the opening event or during the exhibition. The preliminary hanging will take place on Friday 8.12. and on Saturday 9.12 by the exhibition team.

IMPORTANT: leave the artwork and artist information and your email address clearly with the work, including: your name or nickname, name of the work, year of completion, hanging instructions if necessary and your email address. We send the exhibition info through email.

NOTE! The dismantling of the exhibition is 3.2.-4.2. from 2pm to 7pm, when the work must be picked up or agreed upon the pickup by email with us. Unfortunately we are unable to store works at Hirvitalo after 4.2. Please remember to leave us your email address!
