Hei Hirvitalon väki!

Tämä on kutsu osallistua teoksellasi Hirvitalon yhteisönäyttelyyn 17.12.2022-31.1.2023. Sattuman kaupan seurauksena sekä yläkerran että alakerran sovitut taiteilijat peruuntuivat ensi viikolla alkavasta näyttelystä. Yläkertaan saimme toisen taiteilijan näyttelyn (Risto Kajo: Pispalan väkeä), alakertaan päätimme pikapikaa järjestää

HIRVITALON YHTEISÖNÄYTTELYN!

Mitä tämä tarkoittaa??!

Yhteisönäyttelyssä jokainen Hirvitalon aktiivi saa tuoda näyttelyyn oman teoksensa! Aktiiveihin luemme mukaan myös kaikki Hirvitalon aktiivit vuosien varrelta. Teosten tyyli on vapaa, kuten muotokin. Voit tuoda maalauksen, piirroksen, sanataidetta, videotaidetta, pienen veistoksen, mitä keksitkään, kunhan teos vie tilaa maksimissaan 1m x 1m. 

Kutsu koskee jokaista, joka mielii tuoda jotain esille – paineet taitelijastatuksesta tai riittävästä taidosta on jyrkästi kielletty.

Käytössämme on Hirvitalon alakerta ja tarvittaessa portaikon seinät. Visiona on alakerran galleriahuoneen täyttäminen erilaisilla teoksilla vanhan museoajan tyyliin, vapaasti yhdistellen ja ihastellen, mitä arvaamatonta tästä syntyy. Lopullinen ripustus tapahtuu perjantai-illan aikana ja siitä vastaa näyttelytiimi. Olet tervetullut mukaan ripustamaan!

Tässä yhteisönäyttelyssä on twisti. Twisti menee näin: 

Näyttelyn aikana KUKA TAHANSA voi tuoda oman teoksensa talolle, niin kauan kuin tilaa riittää. Näyttelykutsua mainostetaan näyttelyssä ja tarpeen mukaan somessa. Näyttely avataan siis Hirvitalon väen teoksilla, ja se elää koko kestonsa ajan: sinne saattaa tupsahtaa naapureiden tai kavereiden teoksia, joita saa myös itse kutsua mukaan! Twisti ennakoi Hirvitalon vuoden 2023 näyttelyhaun teemaa Rihmasto – Coming together. Twisti sallii sen, että tuot teoksesi myöhemmin, tai vaikka näyttelyn avajaisiin lauantaina (jolloin tilankäyttö on rajatumpaa, mutta kaikelle pyritään järjestämään paikka).

Hello, people of Hirvitalo!

This is an invitation to participate with your artwork to our next exhibition between December 17th and January 8th.

By chance and mishaps the exhibitions that were supposed to start downstairs and upstairs next week have been cancelled. We managed to get another exhibition upstairs (Risto Kajo: Pispalan väkeä [Pispalas folk]), and for the downstairs gallery we decided to have a

HIRVITALO COMMUNITY EXHIBITION!

So what does this mean??

It means that each member of Hirvitalo community is invited to bring one art piece each to be displayed in the gallery starting December 17th. Also all the former members of Hirvitalo are warmly welcome to participate. Style and form are up to You: a painting, a drawing, writing, video, a small sculpture, whatever you desire, as long as it doesn’t take more than 1m x 1m of space. 

This invitation is for anyone who would like to participate – all pressure about your status or abilities as an artist is strictly forbidden.

We have the downstairs gallery room of Hirvitalo for this exhibition, including the staircase if needed. The vision is to fill the space with different artworks, in the style of old museums.

This exhibition has a little twist: during the exhibition ANYONE can bring their piece of art to join the display, as long as there’s room. This means that we first collect the pieces from the people of Hirvitalo and then, during the exhibition, will encourage other people to join. The twist foreshadows the theme for next year’s open call, called Rihmasto – Coming together (2023). Because of the twist you can bring your piece at the house later if you like, also during the opening day Saturday, though then there’s no guarantee for having the desired space.
