Details The pilot edition of PLUG-IN will take place in the frame of the 7th IN THE PALACE International Short Film Festival, June 20th – 27th, 2009, in Balchik, Bulgaria, as part of the festival’s educational programme, called FILMER FORGE.

The PLUG-IN Programme combines lectures, workshops and production labs, through which the participants gain useful knowledge and skills, experience the collaborative nature of this artistic practice and, as a result, produce a short film together with their colleagues. In addition, they will take a close look at a major event in the audio-visual field and will have the opportunity to make important contacts and lay the ground for future collaborations.
Costs 50 euro participation fee and participants must cover 30% of their travel costs
