Details The aim and the learning objectives:
- Increase knowledge, change attitudes, beliefs and values at the individual level;
- Create / empower personal, social and communicative skills, necessary for violence prevention;
- Ensure better community functioning and effective problem solving;
- Develop and maintain appropriate peer relationships;
- Contribute to the formulation of health policies;
- Train youngsters and professional on learning by experience (participation) methodology, so as to act as multipliers at national and international level;
- Reinforce the positive role that the participants can take on to the preventive policies against violence;
- Reinforce mutual respect among the participants;
- Create the incentive for further cooperation among the partner organizations.

The training course will be based on non-formal education, a learning and training process, operating outside the routines of formal educational system. It will be based on the learning by participation methodology, taking into account the participants’ needs and interests.

Profile of the participants:
- they should be 21 years old up to…
- they should be motivated on the topic of violence;
- they should act as multipliers;
- they must be able to use English as a working language;
- they should be ready to fulfil an open and active role in the training course;
- they should be able to attend the full duration of the training course.
Costs 70% of travel expenses and 100% of visa costs will be reimbursed according to the rules of European Youth in action program. Food and accommodation will be covered by the hosting organisation.
